We want you to love every product from HomeScroll. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, don't hesitate to get in touch with us within 30 days of receiving your order, and we will make it right.

Damaged or defective items will receive a full refund or free replacement — no return required. Simply send us a photo of the issue, and we will process your resolution within 24 hours.

For all other returns, please get in touch with our support team at kyleizaac215@gmail.com before sending any items back. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of approval and returned to your original payment method.
